Pravara Medical Trust has grown significantly under the dynamic leadership of Honourable Dr. Rajendra Eknathrao Vikhe Patil, who dedicated his entire life to serving the health and education sectors, as well as supporting farmers and rural communities. He worked hard to provide them with education, employment, and brought reforms to rural industries, finance, education, and healthcare. Under his leadership, the Pravara Medical Trust continues to strive to achieve the goals set by his father, Padmashri Vikhe Patil.

The need of the hour is "Excellence in Education" in all areas. Starting an educational institution in a remote area and making it successful was a challenging task. This challenge was taken up by the visionary Padmashri Vikhe Patil and his team. They began with an English-medium public school and a separate school for girls. Later, they expanded by starting a Medical College, Engineering College, Nursing College, Pharmacy College, and Arts, Science, and Commerce College. This was a humble beginning to bring urban facilities to rural areas. Today, many primary, secondary, and higher education centers in the region consider Pravara as an educational hub.

In today's competitive world, the goal is to equip students with the knowledge and skills that will help them excel in life and contribute to the development of the economy. Many of the institutions have expanded both vertically and horizontally, and Pravara has become a role model for rural educational centers in the country under Dr. Vikhe Patil’s dynamic leadership.
