Introduction:

This committee is empowered to handle both the serious grievances of the students and disciplinary issues of the Female students. And also to ensure solution to the female students grievance with an impartial approach. Thereby encouraging student to express their grievance freely. Handling of grievances of the female Student will be on the lines of as per UGC (Established of the Mechanism for Grievance Redressal) Regulations, 2013.
The institute has setup a Grievance Redressal Cell to look into female students and staffs general academic complaints. It tries to provide solution for their redressal in periodic meeting of the committee. Female Students and staffs are informed to submit their complaint about administration, accounts, finance, academic, etc. in the complaint box located outside administrative office or in library. If grievance received is outside the reach of committee, then it will be transferred to the administrative authority.

Objectives:

1.To create platform where female students and staffs can filled their complaint about academic and non-academic matter.
2.To collect suggestion from female students and staffs for improvement.
3.To ensure the effective solution to the staffs and Female students to address their problem.

Function:

1.Cases are taken properly on grievance form or written grievances from the female students and staffs.
2.Cell review all the cases and take action accordingly as per the policy..
3.The cell submits report of grievance cases attended to the authority periodically.
