Department of Bachelor of Commerece

Introduction

The Commerce faculty, established in 2017-18, aims to provide quality education to rural students. Starting with 12 students and one teacher, it now has 233 students guided by three teachers. To meet growing needs, infrastructure and learning facilities have been expanded, creating a better environment for teaching, learning, and personality development. Along with traditional teaching methods, modern tools like charts, internet, LCD, and field projects are used. Field visits and excursions offer practical insights, and feedback is regularly collected for improvement.

Students engage in independent learning through computers, internet access, debates, tutorials, and projects. Their knowledge is evaluated through internal tests, group discussions, practical assessments, and final university exams. The department also organizes workshops, seminars, and guest lectures to enhance knowledge. From the beginning, the faculty has grown in reputation by attracting students and ensuring successful placements.
